When you're starting up a venture, coming up with a name that reflects the offering is really important and can be difficult. When Rosie mentioned she'd been baking ginger based goodies for years, had loyal customers but wasn't sure how to take it to the next stage she mentioned a name, House of Ginger, almost as an aside. 'Bingo' - she'd nailed it. The rest, was a piece of cake.
